A new reality TV program is shining a spotlight on the dropout crisis.
Sundance Channel’s Dream School features celebrity teachers (Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson, Swizz Beatz, Jeff Corwin, Oliver Stone, and more) working with a class of dropouts in hopes of giving the disadvantaged youth the tools and inspiration they need to succeed in changing the course of their lives.
It’s an interesting twist on reality TV, for sure, but can it make a difference? If you watch Dream School, we’d like to hear what you think.
