Josh Kalaman is a Behavior Coach in Federal Way Public Schools, where he works closely with students and staff to support positive behavior and create welcoming, inclusive learning environments. With over 10 years of experience in education, Josh has also worked as a School Counselor, building strong relationships with students and helping them navigate both academic and personal challenges.

He’s currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational and Organizational Leadership and Learning at Seattle University. Josh is passionate about strengthening the connection between schools and their communities. He believes that when students feel seen, valued, and heard, they are empowered to reach their full potential.

Josh currently lives in Renton with his wife and corgi, Millie. In his free time, Josh and his wife enjoy camping, paddle boarding, live music, and baseball games
